At Lyons & Hohl Paving, we don't merely offer jobs; we provide opportunities for growth, camaraderie, and the chance to become a valued member of our extended family. Established in 1978, our team has grown to include over 100 members, with a quarter of them boasting 20+ years of experience—a testament to the enduring relationships and supportive environment we foster. When you choose Lyons & Hohl, you're not just joining a company; you're investing in your personal development and long-term success.

Established Legacy: With a foundation dating back to 1978, Lyons & Hohl has cultivated an environment where lifelong employees work hand in hand with new recruits, sharing invaluable knowledge and skills. The bond within our team is not just professional; it's built on mutual respect and camaraderie.

Training and Development: Lyons & Hohl Paving provides an excellent opportunity for entry-level positions and offers comprehensive on-the-job training. We believe in investing in our team members' growth, empowering them to reach their full potential within the company.

Work Environment: When you join us, you'll report daily to our paving shop in East Earl, the hub of our operations. From there, you'll be transported to job sites as needed in a company vehicle. We prioritize your comfort and convenience, ensuring you have the resources to focus on delivering quality work.

Seasonal Considerations: Recognizing the impact of our local climate, we want our team members to be prepared. Work during the winter months is limited as asphalt paving is not feasible in colder temperatures. However, our payroll department is here to support you. Our knowledgeable team can assist you in navigating the process of filing for unemployment during the winter months, ensuring you have the necessary resources to weather seasonal adjustments.

Family Culture: At Lyons & Hohl Paving, you're not just an employee; you're part of our family. Here, you'll never feel like a number. We prioritize open communication, mutual support, and a sense of belonging that goes beyond the workplace.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Lyons & Hohl employees receive competitive pay and excellent benefits, recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication that each team member brings to our projects.

Choose Lyons & Hohl Paving for a career that goes beyond the ordinary – join us and become part of a legacy that values both professional excellence and the well-being of our team.
